GCM Participant Gathering. Beyond HLM4: Implementing the 2025 Political Declaration on NCDs and Mental Health

The GCM Participant Gatherings are biannual meetings that bring together officially recognized civil society organizations (collectively referred to as “GCM Participants”), along with individuals with lived experience of NCDs and mental health conditions for open dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.

The inaugural Gathering will align efforts and spark joint action among GCM Participant organizations (civil society) to support governments in implementing the 2025 Political Declaration on NCDs and mental health (Day 1), and highlight key projects and forthcoming initiatives (Day 2).

• Day 1: Monday, 24 November (14:00-16:00 CET)
• Day 2: Tuesday, 25 November (9:00-11:15 CET)

The GCM Gathering is reserved for members of GCM Participant organizations, lived experience advocates, WHO technical teams, and invited guests only. 

GCM Participant organizations are welcome to register multiple representatives. Each participant should register individually.
