Women & NCDs

This collection offers a curated set of resources to promote and raise awareness of evidence-based, scalable best practices for improving women's health and addressing non-communicable diseases (NCDs), their risk factors and determinants. We have resources on a wide range of topics, including the role of gender as a determinant of NCDs, the reciprocal relationship between NCDs and gender inequalities, strategies for promoting the meaningful participation of women and girls in health-related decisions, and the integration of NCD prevention and treatment into the management of other women's health conditions.

 

We hope to learn from the collective expertise of global stakeholders engaged in diverse aspects of women's health, gender equity, and human rights and welcome further contributions.
