HQ Cancer Team
As survival rates improve worldwide, and particularly as LMICs are increasingly advancing towards the GICC 2030 target, a particular focus is needed on minimizing the long-term physical, psychosocial, and economic impacts of cancer and its treatment on survivors and their families. Cancer control efforts should also design and implement strategies for prevention, early detection, and management of chronic conditions and disabilities among childhood cancer survivors, and discuss policies to ensure their lifelong well-being, and quality of life.
Childhood Cancer International (CCI) is hosting an important webinar highlighting the evolving needs of childhood cancer survivors.
