Grand challenges for skin health revisited: the International League of Dermatological Societies skin disease atlases

This publication provides an overview of the International League of Dermatological Societies’ four global skin disease atlases—covering psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa and vitiligo—and their role in strengthening the global evidence base for skin health. It highlights how these epidemiological resources support the implementation of the 2025 World Health Assembly resolution recognising skin diseases as a public health priority, and outlines progress, remaining gaps and opportunities for cross-atlas collaboration to advance equitable care worldwide.
