The Inter-Parliamentary Union Resolution 'Achieving universal health coverage by 2030: The role of parliaments in ensuring the right to health', represents a commitment to harness the power of parliaments to translate political commitment into legislation, policies, programs, and results. The Resolution adopted by the world’s parliaments at the 141st IPU Assembly held in Serbia, is calling for parliaments to take all legal and policy measures to achieve universal health coverage (UHC) by 2030.
