Access to safe, effective and quality-assured health products technologies for all is hence essential to strengthen the diagnosis, management, and treatment of NCDs and mental health conditions. Yet, due to high cost, limited availability and inequitable distribution of medical products and technologies, millions of people are lacking access to crucial medication or do not receive the treatment they need.
