This report shares stories and insights from the World Children's Day celebrations held at Suva's Colonial War Memorial Hospital on 24 November 2023. With special focus on the Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) Community) of Fiji, this was a day committed to the meaningful engagement of children and their families who are  living with CAH and other childhood NCDs in the Western Pacific Region.
