WHO global coordination mechanism on the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases - Working Group Report

This report is the outcome of the Working Group convened by the WHO Global Coordination Mechanism on the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases (GCM/NCD). The Working Group was tasked with providing recommendations to the WHO Director-General on ways and means of encouraging countries to realize their commitments to explore the provision of adequate, predictable and sustained resources, through domestic, bilateral, regional and multilateral channels, including traditional and voluntary innovative financing mechanisms.
