The report assesses global palliative care using 14 WHO indicators to identify health system strengths and weaknesses at the country level. Pilot projects in Benin, Morocco, and Uruguay and a’Do-it-yourself’ approach offer valuable insights and applicable lessons for global palliative care development that can be replicated in other countries.
